Over the last two years a house has been being built in our garden, an unusual 'pit', an old lime quarry. Losing the large garden and observing the changes has led me to reflect on over twenty years living here, disruption, adaptation, loss and the passing of time.
This film, made in late summer 2017,was made during a period where I felt suspended between what has been and what will be. It is about the inevitability of change and the mutable nature of memory.
