Two new films were made whilst grove resident artist in September 2017, grove and Untitled (grove).

The film Guidecca, was selected for the Royal West of England Academy Open in Bristol, 1 Oct – 6 Dec 2017 (made in association with Conal Dougan).

I am the curator for grove, a project space for artists. This September I was the grove artist, continuing a series of explorations of the grove site by the three past resident artists. The new work responds to the old lime pit, the current development in the garden, changes in my family and to it's home for more than twenty years.

I am Editor of the engage Journal, the international journal of visual art and gallery education.

I am the evaluator for the Alexandra Reinhardt Memorial Award. This annual award is hosted by a gallery or museum and enables an artist to carry out education work and create a public commission. In 2018 Award is hosted by the Turnpike Gallery, Leigh, with artist Lindsey Mendick.
